U.S. Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Kyle A. King graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
King is the son of Elizabeth and Jimmy King of Madison, Miss., and of John King of Flowood, Miss.
He earned a diploma in 2004 from Northwest Rankin High School, Brandon, Miss., and an associate's degree in 2008 from Hinds Community College-Rankin Campus, Brandon, Miss.
